Education:
Full time graduation mandatory
MBA preferred
 
Experience:
  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience
  • Good knowledge and experience in hiring for Infrastructure Management space
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ of experience in recruitment function, in a corporate environment, preferably in IT Infrastructure services
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) and stakeholder/ client relationship management skills
  • Hands on experience with various recruitment management systems (preferably Taleo) 
  • Expert at sourcing from various channels
