Educational Qualification & Years Of Experience: 
  • Post Graduate in Human Resources or MBA in HR with 4-8 years of experience 
  • Any other Professional certification supporting the role is an added advantage. 
Skills Required: 
  • Good understanding of the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management and Employee Engagement. 
  • Design and facilitation experience with mid-senior level employees 
  • Open to learning and flexible to adapt one's approach 
  • Speed of execution and drive for results 
  • Ability to come up with well thought through and practical solutions 
  • Ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholder groups, including the senior leadership team, employees from diverse cultural backgrounds/geographies 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office
