Qualifications and Experience
  • Post Graduate or Graduate with specialization in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute
  • 12-15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition Strategy and Processes
  • Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, applicant tracking tools, HRIS, internet, other research tools.
  • Competence in Talent Acquisition intelligence with hands-on on leadership, niche and strategic hiring.
  • Knowledge of a variety of sourcing channels, including latest sourcing trends and networking techniques such as LinkedIn, behavioural and competency based interviewing including ability to educate hiring managers in these skills
