Education Requirement for the position of HR Recruiter

  • Graduate with 0-2 yrs of significant recruiter experience in hiring for Tech and Non-tech roles.
  • Must have handled volume recruitment and strong hands on experience in job portals.
  • Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating candidate needs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence colleagues
  • Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
  • Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills.
