Education Details Required for the position of Technical Manager

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor of Computer Science, Information systems, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Strong knowledge on SDLC/Agile Methodology
  • Willingness to learn complex applications and unique data
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Academic record or strong related internship /Co-op/Work experience
  • Time management skills and the ability to simultaneously work on multiple deliverables
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills; intelligent, articulate and resilient in the face of challenge from stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent team player who is comfortable working in unison with development, test and production support teams maintaining large scale systems
  • Must be organized
Key Skill Requirements:
  • Strong problem solving, and analysis skills
  • Prior experience of TTS / Cooperate banking application landscape would be distinct advantage
  • Use of a Service Management tool (ideally ServiceNow)
  • Deep understanding of technology
  • Has knowledge of ITIL framework
  • A good understanding of front, middle and back office processes
  • Worked within Agile environment and other methodology
  • Expertise in optimizing deployment processes for complex software solutions
  • Prior experience on capacity and demand Planning and management
